1. General Rules

All sales are final. We do NOT offer unconditional returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason including change of mind, wrong purchase, personal preference, or color/size difference on screen.

2. Acceptable Refund/Replacement Cases

Refund or replacement will only be considered in the following situations:

  • The item has serious quality defects
  • We sent wrong items, missing items, or incomplete sets
  • The package or product is damaged during shipping

3. Time Limit for Claims

You must contact us within 24 hours after delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the package, shipping label, and defective/damaged item

Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions

No returns or refunds will be approved if:

  • The product has been used, worn, washed, or modified
  • Damage is caused by improper use, accident, or human error
  • The original packaging is damaged or missing
  • The issue is due to normal wear and tear
  • You simply do not like the design, color, or style

5. Shipping Responsibility

  • For quality issues, wrong items, or shipping damage:We will cover the cost of resending a new item.
  • For any other reasons:All shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.

6. Refund Processing

Once we confirm the problem, we will process refund or reshipment within 3–7 business days.
